Hi,

I know theres some info scattered through a few threads but I can't find all the answeres I'm looking for. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the best route to watching the NHL Playoffs in South Korea?

Are there bars that show games in the morning?

Does anyone have any experience with NHL Centerice Online? I've looked into it, but when asked for my credit card info, I'm affraid if I put in Canada it will restrict my access watching it over here.

Is there any other websites? Or possibly a community of drunkards who get together to watch online?

I need hockey, please help.

Corey

First of all, please take your name off of your post. It is your business, but people generally stick to their nicknames when posting.

Now about watching NHL playoffs.

You can watch for free by visiting http://www2.myp2p.eu/ You may have to download a couple of free players, but after that you should be able to log on and watch without having to pay a fee to join some pay site.

The players are fairly easy to install and you can then watch sports to your hearts content. I recommend going to the forum and checking out the links for the NHL threads where you will find specific times and programs to use when viewing hockey games. I just watched Colorado beat Minnesota in overtime today during my free time at school. It was quite an exciting game.

BTW, there are numerous sports which can be seen through this website other than the NHL. I was able to catch most of the NCAA basketball playoffs online for free as well. The international TV market is quickly becoming aware of the need for expats to have some of the luxuries they were afforded in their home country. You will like it if you try it and once again, if you are being charged money to watch, you are being ripped off.

Beer o'Clock at Omokgyo St. Exit 3 shows games on a nightly basis.

Canadian owned bar. Great atmosphere for hockey, good drinks and food.

i installed WM9 Cap to record from windows media player but i can't figure out how to capture the signal from the player... has anyone else used this? or another program?

I paid for nhlcentreiceonline with my VISA, no prob.

last year nhlcentreiceonline was extended to japan and south korea

excellent quality, all the games live, from any and every computer you use by simply logging into the nhl.com site with your password

it really is remarkably easy, reliable and high quality

they use CBC hockey night in canada feeds for series with canadian teams, versus and others for the others

(i'm watching the sharks-flames game, but as sj is clearly winning and its in the third i think i'll leave early for work: if calgary happens to score two i could watch OT at the hagwon)

Anyone else think that maybe, just maybe, that Ovechkin kid has a future in the league?

You should lighten up with regards to someone posting his or her own real name on forums. As you wrote, it is that person's choice. He just wanted to find out some information about watching hockey. Cut him some slack.

www.cifnation.com
this is what your looking for.
has every single game in torrent files.
very good seeding also since everyone seeds due to ratios... full games (1Gig + is finished in about 5-10mins)

i've never missed a game in 2 years.
great quality also as people rip them in HD.
only thing is that the torrents become available usually about a full day after the game as it takes time to cap the games. you don't want to spoil yourself.

have fun, it saved my life living in korea.

A bar named Beer Oclock deserves a go for any reason.

Look for Dallas to bounce out Anaheim, That;s where my money is going. Turco has 4 shutouts in his last 7 playooff games.

I am looking to catch Game 1 live on Sunday AM in a bar rather than on my computer.

Any ideas?

Anyone with a good home set up willing to host an AM get together?

Beer O'Clock is actually open on Saturdays for breakfast.

I'm sure the RMTs will be showing the game as well.

If you're not in Seoul then i have no idea.
