So I am trying to fill out my taxes for the US but it asks for my school's employer ID number. Does a South Korean school actually have this or am I doing somehting wrong? |

A Korean school will not have an EIN for U.S. tax purposes except in very rare instances. You'll leave that blank, and in the appropriate place check the option stating that your employer is "A foreign business" (9b on Form 2555EZ, I don't have 2555 handy). |
