Usually costs about 3,000 won per item, so sounds like you got a deal.

Agreed.

Nothing too out of the line here.

you thought that it was going to be less than W1000/item... I'm cheap, but damn, that's ridiculous.

I still can't find a nearby dry cleaning place... need some of the winter clothes cleaned before I space vacuum them and store them away.

If I do find a place that offers W1000/item dry cleaning I will make sure to tell you so you can test it out before I use it.

Six suits, seven blazers, seven dress pants to go along with the blazers, and about 18 dress shirts. My cleaners bill is outrageous. Consider yourself lucky.

wa????????

I was paying 1000 won per shirt or pants for over 3 years on Geoje and for the last 2 years have been using an "expensive" drycleaner here in Hadong (elsewhere in rural Gyeongsangnamdo) and have been paying 1500 won, though recently it went up to 2000 won each and I thought that excessive, was gonna ask my coworkers because I suspect that might be waygook pricing. Oh, and they replace missing buttons and sew up holes on sweaters for free. Dang guess I have had it good.

I guess city prices must be higher. Makes sense. But three thou per item. Yikes. That's almost back home prices. I would have to stop sending most of my dress clothes to the cleaners if ever faced with those rates.

You're kidding me!

It's dirt cheap. It's 3000 won a piece at my local. If I get one item in England dry-cleaned you're looking 12 000 won a piece possibly more.

In Sweden I got my suit dry-cleaned 30 000 won.

Count yourself lucky that it's so cheap here......
