| If you work at a uni you should be able to get one done for free. Unis pay for their employees to get one full (I mean FULL) physical a year done on their dime (at least a lot of them do). You just have to find out the dates and hospitals they have the deal with then call that hospital to get an appointment. Then go to the proper office at the uni and get the poop can, and paper work that needs to be filled out. |

Sorry I made a mistake on the price, i quoted a colonoscopy.
I will check the price on an endoscopy on monday, but I believe they are quite similar. |

The endoscopy is 40, 000 won at our center. The anesthetics for the treatment are 70, 000 won. A total of 110,000 won.

Wow why so expensive?? I paid 20,000 and that included anesthetic for the throat and a shot to stop muscle spasms. |

From what I understand this is the standard price for this procedure.
I am not aware of the prices at other hospitals, but prices for these types of procedures are set by the health ministry.
I am surprised by how little you paid for your endoscopy.
I'll try and get some more info tomorrow. |
