Why? Are there moves afoot to boot him off the board?
He should be allowed to stay, but on one condition: If he posts any more pics, they'd better stay up for a few days at least.
Twice now I've stumbled upon a lively thread he started, only to find those stupid little dead-link red-crossed boxes where the pics should be. Everyone's yapping about photos that I can't see. Very irksome.
So I say if he fixes the pic-posting problem (or stops killing his own links if that's what's going on) let him stay. Otherwise, snuff him. |

| Absolutely allow DanielKim to stay... he stokes the kettle and we all heat up and blow off some steam. Plus, he provides an invaluable service - he allows insight into that portion of the population that most ESLers should be wary of....Netizens perpetuating nastiness. I know I've been experiencing a bit of a backlash to the recent news and 'Net reports....a little less respect in the classroom and in the streets. It's good to know what those who resent our presence think so that we may act accordingly to make our stay in Korea a little less hectic. |
