Can anyone give me information on beauty spas. My wife is stressed with work and what not and I want to send her to a all day spa. I checked with local hotels, shilla, hilton and hyatt.
The prices are kind of high 685,000 won for 4 hours. Has anyone been to a spa or did this for wife/girlfriend and can recommend a good place. I don't mind spending 685,000 won, but if my wife says it was alright I will shit my pants.
Thanks for any help.

You know, Eloquence magazine is hosting a spa day for women... it's 200,000 won for 8 hours. I'm not planning on going as it's too steep for me, but it sounds nice.

Here's the only link I have, sorry if you can't get on it because it's facebook:

Thanks for the link. I wish it was this weekend the wife is super stressed with work and the baby. I guess I will have to go with the 600,000+ one from a hotel. Unless she can find one which she can because 99% of them are in Korean.

You can try out Spa Day in HannamDong

http://www.spaday.co.kr/spaday_03/menu_06.php

It's not as expensive as the hotels, and the stone massage is wonderful.

P.S. The owner speaks really good English

Well, it's very generous of you.

Are you set on the spa thing? Maybe she'd also appreciate something that would be a great gesture from you, but wouldn't set your wallet back so far. Maybe give her a weekend off. Take care of the baby and send her somewhere for a night with a friend of hers. I don't know where, maybe it could be to a great natural hot spring somewhere. Arrange the bus ticket for both her and her friend, pay for a hotel room for the night, something like that. She'd probably come back just as, if not more so, refreshed than after a few hours at a spa.

Not to knock your choice. It really is a very kind idea.
