| so i managed to have two cracked eggs spill onto and inside (the connector) of my nano...washed it off and i'm letting it sit for two days...currently it still turns on but there the wheel and buttons don't function currently...what are the chances of it becoming in working order, or is it pretty much a coin flip? |

Do you know how long the two eggs were seeping into your nano? It seems like pretty much a coin-flip to me. Since you can't get Apple to fix it, the don't cover user-errors in the warranty (at least the ones in the State's don't) you might as well open it up and check it out. Don't have too much hope though.
Has anyone tried to open an iPod on here? |

| a good half hour of walking and about 10 minutes at the house...so about 40 hours of soaking time in eggs yolks...i think i'm in the market for a new ipod :p time to upgrade |
