I had a really good samjang in Hongdae on the weekend. Realy dark red color. Think it might've just had the right mixture of garlic and vinegar. If they put vinegar in it. Tasted like it. |

This is going to make me look really anal, but it's one of my pet peeves.
If you are romanizing a korean word you should NEVER use a z. That sound isn't even in their phonetic index. Gochujang. (Technically samgyeopsal too, but as long as it sounds right I don't care)

That's more for Chinese, I think. But I think it's "zh." Different pronunciation though. |

Go to Insadong. There is a hof on the left hand side of the road about 150 feet from the Anguk Station end of the street. Go up to the 2nd floor.
I gotta let you know that the stuff is a bit greasy. |

You really need to get a life. It would be nice if you actually answered the question. |

I think you need to go to one of those cheap places that fry it on the flat, angled, plug-in pans.
Ask a Korean in you neighborhood. "Kochujang samgyeopsal odi issoyo?" |

The "gochuchang samkyupsal" (sp.???) at the Bamboo restaurant in Sunae is great. It is also pretty spicy and it is promised you will end up in the toilet with your trousers round your ankles whilst you decide to spray ddong everywhere due to too much sauce being used. |

I'm assuming you're honestly asking here so I won't get crap for it...
Kochujang samgyeopsal odi issoyo
1. K should be reserved for ㅋ. Gochujang is probably best.
2. That would be 오디. The word you're looking for is 어디. Usually spelled audi.
3. Again, that would be an 오, but it's supposed to be 어. In this case the traditional spelling would be isseoyo. |
