Hey all

I'll be leaving Korea in October. I know it's a few months off, but I'm starting to think about shipping a bunch of my stuff back home (basically a full suitcase full of clothing, some books and other odds and ends). I've tried using the search function, but it sucks pretty hard, so here I am. Does anyone know the cheapest way possible to ship items back home? The suitcase in question will probably weigh in the area of 70lbs or so.
As I said, I'm not leaving until October, so the time frame really isn't too much of a worry. I just don't want to spend a few hundred dollars on shipping fees.
Thanks for any help!

For 70 lbs you ARE going to spend about 100k won.

The BEST rate is the Korea Post surface mail rate.

20 kilos (44 lbs) for 48k won.
There is also a SIZE limit so you may have to box your stuff up if your suitcase is too big to mail. You are allowed 200 cm in total linear dimensions. (2* height + 2*width + length <200cm).

For this and other rates (scroll down for the postal type you prefer):

North America is zone 3.

The packages purchased at the post office are quite cheap and will be within limits so that might be your best bet for safety. 3500 for the biggest one maybe
