I just got my first utility bill, and Christ. Ouch.
Totaling 239,000, and including a 일반 관리비 (service charge?) of over 100K. They are claim that my aprox. 16 뱡 apartment is actually 32 and then charging me 3.3 chun per alleged 뱡. They must be counting the hallway or some shifty bullsh it. It's really pathetic the way people here play so loose with the truth to buffer there wallets. Any means of redress? I'm in Sindorim Posville apt. by the by.

My 관리비 (management expenses) is around W110,000 a month with, as far as I can work out, no breakdown or accountability. Officially it goes for things like security, hall cleaning and rubbish collection. I started a thread on it last week I think - other posters are paying similar amounts, but 100,000 seems to be on the high end.

As for redress, you'd have to talk to the building manager. Of course, you can also reduce your utility bills by using less heat/water etc.

Yeah, thanks. I'm over it now, it was just a bit of a slap in the face at first. I might try talking to my school
