I am a bit concerned with my Hagwon. They have never given medical to any of their teachers before. They say that I should be getting it in two weeks but I have a hard time believing it. How do I get my boss to give me pay stubs when she does not take out taxes or medical and How do I make sure that I will get my pension. I have asked many times about these issues and they are very good at blowing me off. I'm very frustrated, can you help? |

If standing up to her and showing some balls is too much to ask then try the following.
Tell her your government needs to know how much you earn including all the deductions(if they question this add some bs story about having bad credit or student loans).
Also state that you will also need to contact the relevant bodies(Tax office, Pension and Healthcare) to confirm these deductions. Let your hagwon know you are doing this, and that it is your government who are forcing you to do it. Act upset at having to do this for your big bad government.
Explain that you could go to prison back in your home country if it isn't done properly. Ask for a date all this will be sorted out then DO contact tax, pension and health with your hagwons full knowledge you are doing it.
