Yeah, that white block of wood between the black uppers and the black rubber sole doesn't look too good. Plus, they're so big it is gonna be difficult to find someone w/ feet that large.

The "white block" Spliff refers to is the midsole.
As the following description says, it is a leather midsole.

Don't get me wrong, If I were a 12 instead of a 13 I'd make an offer on them but, That'd be around the 75,000 range, though. They would be good for the walk to school before changing into my slippers. but it ain't like I already don't have enough pairs of shoes as it is now.

It is possible they will fit a size 12.
They seem to be a bit smaller than some size 13 shoes.
I am willing to meet in the middle price wise.
If you wish to try them on I will meet up on the weekend.
If they don't fit it doesn't bother me.
