Does anyone working in a public school know what is taught in Morals class? I tried to get my co-teachers to tell me, but it seemed too difficult a task for them.

I'm curious as to what the most important moral issues are in Korea? Do they discuss situational ethics? Maybe not at the elementary level...hmmm.

Don't know, but I do know that one of the teachers at my ms teaches ethics.

I have no idea what concepts are taught in a Korean ethics class, but, given the lying, cheating, stealing, and felonious acts that I've personally witnessed some Koreans committing, it is clear to me that many Korean employers I've known must have been sleeping through "Korean ethics" class. Ok so here is the morals in my school...

I'm after school program so dont have a classroom of my own...The one i use is full until ten minutes before I start so i only do 10 minutes of planning...

anyway so we wait for about 30 minutes or so in the subject teachers room where the two other full time teachers are...They dont have their own classrook either because the school is about to open the new english zone...

Anyway the female korean teachers who use the subject teachers room have complained about me going into that room because they feel unconfortable when I speak english to the other foreigner, the other English Korean teacher or to my Co-Korean teacher...

WHat a joke...I think the Korean teachers sometimes need to go to Moral lessons...
