Your avatar says you live in Seoul. Why not go to any of the hundreds of electronic stores and buy one? I'm sure they are readily available near you.

Get someone to help you and shop online. (gmarket, auction). You can buy a perfectly good microwave for $40 plus about $3 shipping. Or you could buy a second hand one on this board for about $30-$50. I'd go with the new if i was you.

Microwaves are expensive here, though, right? I'm astounded by the prices. I don't know online, just in the stores. In North America they're almost given away now, but here 100bucks is a sale. Strange.

i found a used one in sindang market area. its really nice, looking like new as well.

go to the vendor an hour before they close, take a gander, then walk off as if you are determined to find something better. then come back as they are closing and bargain the shit out of them. theyll take your price just to get you away from them.
