Yeah hagwons being private institutes have their own way of chosing who they hire or fire and wether they wish to renew contracts or not.
How dare they!

| Or, you can look at it this way. Someone with 2 years of experience ONLY has 2 more years of experience than someone who has NONE. I have 22 years of experience and after some things that happened the other day during a final examination presentation, have learned a few things and have (what I hope) are some great new ideas to make the next time better. |
