| Does anybody here participate in any other tech forums on the web? Not Korea-specific, just general windoze / networking / hardware forums where people share their experiences with various PC parts / routers etc... |

Yes.
ArsTechnica, [H]ardOCP, Id/Epic games, MS forums...a few more, but those are the main ones. |

There is a sticky at the top of the page with some good links to sites. Most of them have forums, so have a look around there.
Ars is the best...quite the learning curve to participate in many discussions and very niche, but if you are into details, go there. |

I tried to register for [H]OCP, but you can't do it with a free e-mail account like Gmail. Oh well.
I read and post in the Legit Reviews forums. Seem pretty good, but also kind of small. The same people are always posting and some of the discussions are pretty one-sided.
