You remember when New Wave was new.
The Police men are looking younger.
You no longer count the the number of people you've slept with.

I was playing p/u games (bastketball) last week and some kid says " Damn bro, you got skills, you play old school." If by "old school" he meant "playing defense" or "setting a screen," then yes, I'm old school.

..when you'd rather just stay at home than go out partying at the weekend. Or if you do agree to go out, you say "OK, but only if we go somewhere that's not too noisy or crowded. I wanna just sit down and chat over a few beers." (I said this last Saturday night). Crying or Very sad

...when you don't need to get yer rocks off EVERY NIGHT.

...when you have no idea what people are talking about when they mention most music since 2000.

...when you're British and you remember watching The Sweeny on TV on it's original run. And Zammo's junk problems on Grange Hill.

...when you're British and you remember when shops closed on Wednesday afternoons.

...when it's 2am on a Friday night and you're sober, posting on Dave's and just about to go to bed because your Friday night consised of going round your mate's house for dinner and watching 'Most Evil' on Discovery Channel. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

...and while you where watching Most Evil, you found yourself nodding thoughtfully and muttering, "Interesting, very interesting."

WObW-
i'd rather go to a nice, quiet bar to chat over a few beers - but that's pretty much been the case for me since i was 19, and it doesn't happen that much, except for weekdays.

and music since 2000? everybody knows that except for the occasional radiohead, tool, or pearl jam record, music ended in 1993 or so anyway.

i used to rock and roll every night. before i knew it, it was every other night.

you go to the gym and try to lift what you used to lift a year and a half ago (when you last really worked out) and you can't realizing that father time has caught up with you. Crying or Very sad

....you think back to when you were at Uni and going out meant drinking a couple of bottles of red wine before you went out and then drank numerous vodka, beer, tequila drinks while you're out. You remember this with fond memories as now you wake up with a hangover after drinking four bottles of Budweiser. Crying or Very sad
