I am looking to buy various food products which I can't find in stores or the local market. I am especially looking for REAL oatmeal and whole wheat flour. Can I order this stuff online?

Anyone know about REAL orange juice? (Something similar to Tropicana)
When I was there a couple years ago, I could never found it and I nearly went crazy without my weekly gallon of OJ.

Costco has Quaker oatmeal. Real OJ is available at any grocery store. Del Monte, Sunkist, etc.

Lately I've been shopping here: http://livingwell2u.com

The store is packed full of American foodstuffs and other items you'd find in a supermarket. They also take requests. Order more than 30k and get free shipping, pay with a bank transfer and earn 10% of your total in points to use as cash on your next order. They're even throwing in a free 32 oz. bottle of cranberry juice with each order over 30k (though it looks like by the date code to have just gone out, but the Korean label tells you to read it DD/MM/YY which is not 'merican style).

One thing, the site is in Korean! ^^

Most stores carry Sunkist NFC (Not From Concentrate). I just got back from Homever and there was a wide variety of 100% juices not from concentrate. I like grape myself.

thanks for all the info!

The Costco near me only has flavored instant Quaker Oats, so far on gmarket and livingwell2u, I can only find 1 minute Quaker Oats. Is this the best that can be had in Korea? Ideally, I would like steel cut oats or regular rolled oats that you have to boil for 3-5 minutes.

Dandy's market next to Hannam market has old fashioned oats. Don't buy the oats (Korean brand) from Hannam market. They taste really bitter which means that they have been stored too long. Also, the Foreign Market in Itaewon sells them too.

You can also buy 2x1.25 kg of Quaker oats off there for about 25k if that is what you want.
