Subway authorities are requesting help from the general public to deal with the problem of sober Korean males over the age of 30. All Korean males 30 and older are required to be in a state of inebriation in order to ride the Seoul subway lines.
Subway counter personnel have been trained to spot sober Korean males and deny them entrance to the subway lines until they return with an adequate level of inebriation. But, lately, some sober Korean males have been sneaking on to the subway cars.
Enforcement has been lax, but there will be renewed efforts to deal with sober Korean males.
To clear up any confusion, we have devised a system of indicating the state of inebriation. Every Korean male over the age of 30 must consume at least two bottles of soju an hour before they will be allowed to ride the subway lines.
Full compliance can be displayed in the following manners:
1)Falling down,
2)Yelling,
3)Singing,
4)Vomiting,
5)Pestering other passengers
6)Fighting
7)Throwing bottles
If Korean males are sure they are properly inebriated, they can pour beer or soju all over their clothes. That way, everyone on the subway car can be sure they are properly inebriated.
If the problem continues, subway authorities will be forced to take more drastic measures such as free alcohol on the subway platform.
Please help subway authorities deal with this problem of sober Korean males over the age of 30, and subway authorities will continue to do their best to enable public inebriation by allowing falling down drunks to do whatever they want on the public subway lines.
Thank you for your time. |
