Who is Richard Belter? I'm pretty sure that he isn't the only combatant soldier ever to have won two VCs.

Mid-80s, before the age of private jets for teams, I guess. My family and I were flying from Calgary to LA on our way to Mazatlan for Christmas holiday, on the same flight as the Edmonton Oilers, on their way to play the Kings. They were spread out throughout the plane, so we just walked up and down the aisles getting autographs - Gretzky, Messier, Lowe, Kurri, McSorley, Coffey, Fuhr, and Sather.

Who?

Hockey players.

Let's see. When I first moved to Canada, I lived down the street from Eddie Jovanovski and as time went on the neighborhood kids would all play road hockey. So I can say I've played hockey with a number 1 NHL pick.
I worked for a community newspaper near Windsor, Ontario, and I dealt with Tie Domi quite a few times. He was the most arrogant *beep* anyone could imagine.
I've met quite a few WWF(WWE) wrestlers too (laugh all ya want)

Outside of sports, I've met;

Christopher Reeve
Russel Crowe
George Clooney
Bruce Campbell
Alice Cooper
Tom Savini (makeup artist and actor for quite a few horror flicks)
Linda Blair
George Romero
Nick Hornby (writer of "High Fidelity" among others)
Stephen King

As far as non entertainment celebrities, I've met;

George H.W Bush
Jimmy Carter
Jean Chrtien
Brian Mulrooney

-Barack Obama (I actually used to stalk him when he was a state senator and I was an intern in the State House)
-Amy Poehler
-Ray Romano
-Sonny Bono
-Amira Hass (google her, she's kinda famous)
-Palestinian rappers from "Slingshot Hip Hop"
-Matthew Perry
-Sarah Jessica Parker
-Will.I.Am from the Black Eyed Peas

andddddd

-Britney Spears

Tommy Hunter

He was an asshole. My job was to pull the curtains and he was bitching and swearing at me about some old biddies who somehow got into his dressing room.

After being in EFL for awhile, I can't stand this question. There are too many people from Hollywood who didn't get anywhere, start EFL and are consistently blabbing about this crap. In the end, does it matter that you met someone famous? I don't think so, but I guess some take pride in having done nothing themselves but been in the presence of someone who is famous...

And yes, I have actually met a couple famous people if that matters.

You seem to be the one blabbing about this crap. Who really invited you anyway? And what does 'start EFL" mean? You don't make a lot of sense.

Hapki, you come on every so often and just attack my posts. 'Start EFL' is so fricken obvious, it's not worth pointing out. People who feel better about themselves because they met someone else are missing something inside (this isn't directed at anyone in particular here, as you might just be stating the fact that you met someone and not take special pride in it).

Sorry, I didn't know we had a history worth remembering.

And this isn't directed at anyone in particular here, but really, if you aren't going to contribute to the theme of the thread, then why bother posting at all? I guess some take pride in having done nothing themselves except posting crap in every thread they read.

Steve Tyler from Aerosmith about 20 years ago with his family, which probably means a very young Liv was in there somewhere. The guy was a bit of a *beep*, but getting hassled for autographs would make you like that I guess.
