|
I posted last Saturday about Fed-Ex shipping my contract to Trinidad. Well, it looks like they actually did send it to Trinidad. It arrived today. And to make matters worse it may to another 12 to 13 days to fully correct it. If it leaves Trinidad tomorrow it should arrive at it's destination Wednesday of next week. If it leaves Wednesday it'll arrive Thursday of next week.
"The World on Time" my ASS
Now I know what you're saying. "Guy you're crazy. How in the hell can that happen?" Well, it turns out that the shortened form of Trinidad's international airport is POS. Doesn't that look like something; like another airport you may or may not have been through? Look up Gimhae's airport and what do you get? PUS. Becuase of one fucking letter I may end up losing everything.
I want heads to roll over this. |

| I've had my own share of problems with FedEx, so I'm not surprised by your story at all. When I was sending my documents to Korea the first time, I drove to 3 different FedEx boxes trying to make the last pick-up of the night, only to have them all say the last pick up was already done for the night - a full 20-30 minutes before the time they listed! Of course, calling them got me no sympathy at all, only a recommendation to drive to the main distribution area (45 minutes away) in the hope that the truck hadn't left there yet. I hope it works out for you! I ended up going with DHL (which was also much cheaper). |

Didn't they offer a pick-up service? |

| Doesn't that cost extra? And I also thought it was only for business accounts, though I could be wrong... It was definitely not suggested to me when I called them. |

I'm not sure if it costs extra but it's how I always used it. |
