Well, like many who work in the public school system, I have the rest of the week off after "teaching" 1 40 minute class this morning. I plan to do feck all for this break. Literally, I don't even plan to leave the house for a week. What have you got planned? |

As you should know, every public school and their principal are different. You are at a lucky school I guess. Today is Tuesday, I have 3 classes, and Wed. - Fri. exams and I will be sitting on my butt planning the up coming after school program. Luckily, I will be able to leave after lunch this year.
Have a great week, you devil. |

Oh, and in my one 40 minute class, which starts in 25 minutes, I've just found a Mr. Bean video on YouTube. I'm gonna show them that and then get them to write a script for it for homework. Then I'm going home until next Tuesday.
Ahh. Hard life. |

Holidays don't start until next week. I'm going shopping and getting a haircut. After that, I don't know! |

Apparently it's up to the Principals about opening for next week. The office of education can ask the schools to be open but the decision is the Principal's. I know there's been pressure from parents about opening but meh!!! Sometimes confucianism can be good. Principals outrank supervisors.
I'm off from Thursday this week, exams thursday and Friday = no school.
This week-
Gym = Friday day
Next week-
Saturday = Damyeong to the Bamboo festival
Sunday = Boseong to the tea fields
Monday = Another trip on the way back up
Tuesday - Friday = Nothing planned yet. Probably local exploring.
Saturday - Sunday = Butterfly festival
Following week-
Monday = No school
Wednesday = Everland with my school
Thursday = Teachers day no school
There'll probably be a fair bit of bowling in there as well.
Life's hard! |

I have absolutely no idea. Anybody have a list of interesting things going on festival-wise? Dome Vans, where is the butterfly festival? |

Hampyeong - South west of Korea.
It'll probably be pretty packed but worth a visit. |

yeah, it seems to depend on the schools a lot. out of the next 3 weeks, i am only working on the 6th, the 7th, the 13th and the 14th.
thats it! 4 days out of the next 3 weeks! all the other days are holidays for various reasons...
i'm planning trips to pusan, seoul, daejeon and gunsan, to spend time with some friends. |
