This shows the need for stricter screening processes, including marijuana tests and background checks, for all E-2 visa applicants. |

Nope, it was the Native Teacher's fault. He was showing them porn in class, in between lecturing them on the best way to skin up a reefer, disrespecting kimchee, and attempting to dilute pure Korean blood through his sick lust for any Korean female who crossed his path! |

He's making a joke. In the recent case where visa-less foreigners who cannot qualify for E-2 visas were caught using drugs and teaching illegally, a police officer said that it showed the need for tighter screening for E-2 visa holders. |

Well, isn't there a lot of bullying in schools? I think using force in a sexual way is a way to dominate, and some of these kids probably did that to show dominance over the females. That's what I am guessing. |

Are you sure? Maybe older girls raped younger boys in this case. |

Well, you hardly hear of females using violence on men when it comes to sex at a young age. It is males who do that kind of thing as far as I know.
I remember once being in an international school in Kuwait (an American school), and this kid supposedly raped another male kid. At least, I was told it happened. |
