We're playing at High Noon on the grassy field on the North Side of the Dongjak Bridge...Your two closest subway lines are the "Dongjak" and the "Ichon" stations on line number 4--light blue line.

If you get off on the Ichon stop...walk south to the river...you'll see a big green, grassy field..we'll be there.

If you take the Dongjak stop...walk north across the bridge and over the river...you'll see the field from the bridge. (FYI...you want to be walking on the West Side of the bridge)

You don't need to bring anything...we have the equipment, just bring yourselves and your game...

If you're interested...just show up...
or call me 018-229-3650

Noon...May 4th...Ichon Han River Park...

Steve

Are you talking real football, with a ball and your foot, or the American kind?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA

though I would give the Brit the edge in the naming of the sport. Soccer should be called football and the manly game we play in the US should get a different name.

touche!

hahaha

yes it would be more fun without pads, use to play tackle without pads quite a bit but on a truly competitive level you can't have 250 lbs of muscle launch itself toward another human being at 4.5 (40 yd) speed without protection. It'd be insane.

Rugby is a slower moving game.. and you get that big scrum pile that by its very definition cannot move that fast.

I remember in college we played intramural football against the guys on the rugby club.. they wanted us all to join their club. it was a hard fought game..

and I was intrigued, then I noticed most of the guys had broken noses..

so I figured... nah... *beep* that.
