Title says it all: I need a small laptop. Would be great to have some good battery life. Specifications are not very important. Screen size 14 inches or below and lightweight.
If you're reading this and not selling I would still appreciate input and suggestions on where to look and what brands I should be looking at. |

Got an eeepc 2g surf with an 8GB SDHC card... it's in great shape, almost new...It's the lime green version. Here's a link:

Bought on a whim, but I am going to stick with my broken down acer for now.
Let me know,
Dave. |

if you want lightweight I would recommend getting something 10" or 8" - the fujitsu lifebook 8" is nice, but pricey. |

Kohjinsha's are very nice UMPC's. The K600x or K800x are better than the cheaper SAF100 series for a number of reasons (faster processors, better k/b, upgradeable RAM to 2GB, and so on).
My K800X was 850,000 won including 2GB RAM upgrade, leather fitted carry case & strap, screen protector and k/b cover. It is a touch screen model with screen rotation, has a webcam, SD/CF/Memory Stick slots, 2xUSB 2.0, wiFi & Bluetooth.
I installed English XP Home easily and quickly and all drivers are available at the Kohjinsha site. Got it from the Kohjinsha dealer in Yongsan.
I highly recommend it. The processor is *just* about strong enough to run Photoshop CS3 although there's a lag time if I am running large files. As a highly mobile complement to my larger notebook it is perfect. It's essentially a tiny, full-system notebook.
Good luck,
