What are the best job sites for F2 visa holders. I would like to get
two part time jobs. One in the morning from 8-12 and possible an afterschool program from 1 -5:30. Any advice would be appreciated. |

Your wife can find you the best jobs, which, IMO are business teaching jobs. If you find these jobs through a recruiter expect to be paid 40-60K/hr. Keep in mind that the recruiter is pocketing half or more of what the company is paying.
You can find these jobs through a recruiter on here or work and play or some of the other sites. However, you want to find as many jobs as you can without a recruiter taking half or more.
Or your wife can start asking around. Of course it helps if you live near an industrial complex.
For the evening, find some apt., hagwon or smaller hagwon that wants/needs a FT. You can do it yourself but it takes leg work.
Again, stay away from recruiters. They take your money every month and only introduce you to the job.
I fill up my mornings with business guys and bored housewives. |

How much should I charge per hour? What is reasonable? |

It depends on you.
Honestly, I work for as little as 30K/hour for an ajumma with GREAT english who I enjoy chatting with over coffee. The time really flies and sometimes we talk for two hours.
The business classes are different. One on one with the CEO or plant manager is 60K minimum if they can carry a conversation. A classload of old guys of mixed ability is 70 to 80 depending on how many there are. When you are told your rate is too high, point out that there are 6 people and that it's less than 10K per person per hour.
The uni students rate depends on where they live and how much I think their mom can afford. Same with HS. I try to avoid elementary, but I still have some left over from when I first got here. one on one 40-50 is ok.
If you have a particular teaching skill, like TOEFL or TEPS experience, charge more. Also, stay away from beginners. They will totally drain you. Stay away from kids who do not want to learn. Even a uni kid who is only there b/c of mom can be a real energy drain. Might as well be in a hagwon than teach some kid or adult who has zero motivation.
good luck and welcome to the F2 world. |

Ask for 100K an hour. You'd be pleasantly surprised when they say OK. |
