Once again I am looking for a gym partner. I'd prefer someone who knows their way around a gym. But I am not picky. Just need someone to help me spot those heavy lifts.
I live in Pyeongtaek area (songtan).
If you are interested and can muster up the ability to get up at 6:00 am ( monday - friday) PM me. 
btw.. its a good gym and has all the necessary equipment. price ranges from 60 - 80,000 won per month depending whether you want access to the pool and golf facilities. |

As I was too.. Just wish I could find someone around my place. Most ppl don't want to get up that early to exercise. But summer is coming around the corner and i need to shape up asap.

I requested a "training parter", not a spotter. Besides I ask for a spot and then they start showing me the "korean way" to lift weights. Been there done that, dont want to be bothered. This of course is after i bring Arnolds bible and say, " ahh this is how he does it, and i'll stick with that method".
any takers out there???? |
