Okay, maybe it's just my gym but no one stretches! What's up with that? They just use the belt massager, which, as far as I'm concerned just flaps their fat around. Is this a fairly universal thing for Koreans or it just my gym?

I mean AFTER exercise. I don't stretch before I exercise.

no!!! like you said, they just flap the fat around!! they're hilarious. they were popular back in the 1970's, people thought they could easily lose weight, then they realized it does nothing good. i guess koreans like them because they feel good (as far as im concerned they tickle!).

yea i love the dry sauna, but they never let me in, i swear those ajummas spend like 4 hours straight in there!!

Damn it! Mine doesn't have a sauna either. That's usually the best part of going to a gym is the sauna afterwards. Crying or Very sad

Apparently those flubber flapping machines relocate fat cells. That's why they do it. That was due to some report a couple of years ago which proved that they do something.

I'm more interested in the machine that makes you upside down. Now I see no purpose in that, other than all your internal organs and blood ending up in your skull. What a wonderful feeling!

LOL....yes!
It always amuses me how the women at the gym barely work up a sweat and talk on their cell phones while they're "working out".
