These may have been posted on freeware threads elsewhere, but I thought I'd point them out anyway. All are super-small and worked well for me.

kills process and unlocks things that can't be removed because they're being used by some other program

The only bad thing I'd point out is some ask you on install if you want things like toolbars. You can just say no.
