| I missed the main festivities of the Lantern Festival this past weekend. I was wondering if they're still stuff to check out here in Seoul. I know there is a temple near COEX displaying lanterns, but i'm also wondering if anyone knows where there's other hidden gems in Seoul displaying lanterns and such. |

| Buddha's Birthday itself is this Monday. It's a quiet day, deliberately, so all the big festivities are done with. Still though, you should be able to see some lanterns and whatnot by going to the temples. They probably don't take that stuff down till after. The whoopin and a-whompin is all done with but the temples themselves are still all tarted up. |
