Anyone know if one can buy gravol anywhere in metro-Seoul?

My wife gets soooo bus-sick (like everyone) and needs a cure.

Or does anyone have remedies for bus travel in the wild streets of Seoul?

Ginger is supposedly good for travel sickness....a friend of mine steeps a piece of chopped up ginger in water (unsure how long for) & then sips the water periodically during her trip. She claims it helps. Worth a try?

Are you Canadian?

Dimenhydrinate is marketed as Dramamine (I) in the US. I don't know whether you can get it in Korea, but having the drug name might help.

Good luck!

Yeah both Canadian. Having the name should give extra info while hunting. Thanks!

We have done the ginger tea thing which helped at first but now my wife claims it no longer works as well as it once did...might do they cut ginger in water though...the real deal probably has better potency.

Thanks for the help!

Joel.

Try the little circular patches you stick behind your ears. I used them on a ferry once. Worked pretty well.

Swallowing small chunks of raw ginger, washed down with lots of water, before getting on the bus...this works for me.
