Based on what I've seen and heard, I'm going with no.
I think the Supreme (corrupt) Court's decision to upload the Indiana photo ID voter law played a bigger role. Hell, it kept nuns from voting! Nuns!
That, and the voting rolls being purged of 1.1 million Indianan voters had a bigger effect than the Dittoheads. Speaking of the Repub voters...54% went to Clinton and the rest went to Obama. So I'd say that the Limbaugh effect was mixed.
