I am looking for some Cornelius kegs. They used to be used in North America to store Coke and Pepsi. Not sure if they still use them in Korea or not???

Anyone happen to know where I can buy a couple of these here???

I can order them online from the U.S., but shipping is going to cost a fortune. Really hoping to be able to get them in Korea.

Hahaha....yup!! Kinda just makes sense. No more bottles, better place to store the beer and age it, and delicious draft home brew!!!!

But unfortunately, I don't think I am going to have much luck finding these kegs here in Korea. I'm prolly going to have to take the hit and have the kegs shipped over from N. America.

Well, I got the kegs a few weeks ago now. Picked up two kegs and a CO2 tank for dirt cheap in a restaurant equipment market near City Hall, Seoul. I had to order the rest of the shit from the states: tower, taps, lines, etc. Shipping was a killer, but it all came today.

I've had an English Ale sitting around for a month now waiting for the taps to come.....

It tastes SOOO GOOD!!!!! It's carbonated perfectly, tastes great, and its DRAFT!!!!! IN MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!

Gotta go....need to work on this belly. Cool

I'm getting a few PM's about where I got all the stuff to build my kegerator. I started a thread over at Expat Korea. If you are looking for information, head here: http://www.expat%korea.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=10774 (Just take out the '%' in the link, they censor anything Expat Korea here).

Sorry to hijack but does anyone know where to get some good beer other than at Big Rock? I'm talkin Pale Ale (India Pale ale would be great), Bock, English ale, some other dark beer etc.

I miss Micro Brews like crazy. JungMin, I would totally buy a keg from ya.

Good on you. Sounds like a project I'd like to consider if only I had room for one in my Waygook studio... Sad

Make some room....Just get rid of a few rice cookers and whatever other shit you've accumulated off of here. Laughing
It really doesn't take up that much room....You just need room for a bucket to sit in the corner, and a fridge in the other corner.

If there are any people in the Suji area that brew their own beer and would like to share a few pints or brew some beer, shoot me a PM.
