Have you heard of the centro hotel?? It says 4* on the website but some companys seem to differ on how many stars a place is.

How about the Hamilton hotel? Is it good?

I want to be near to Itaewon/central Seoul

The Grand Hyatt is very near to Itaewon, and VERY nice. Costs a bit though.

Thanks for the advice-mental note:no Hamilton Hotel.

Anyway, I can get 14 nights in the Olympia hotel for about 1.35Mil Won if I book with flyandstay.co.kr. I might just go for that, it seems nice.

I think 2 weeks in the Grand Hyatt would see me skint...

Alternatively, any ESL teachers got a spare bedroom in exchange for as much beer as you can drink in 2 weeks?? Although maybe the Olympia would cost me less...

The Chosun/Westin is very nice but quite pricey. The Koreana isn't bad either and a little cheaper than the big ones (westin, hyatt, ritz, etc).

Yeah, the RC is the way to go. I've been there and everything was first class. My company puts visiting guests up there and at the Walker Hill, but the Walker hill is quite a walk away from Seoul!
