I might be making a return to do a series of summer camps in Korea. I have had the C4 short-term visa previously and it was quite straight forward, but what are the new regs like for getting one of these? Also, has anyone done it from a third country? Thanks in advance.

my director here was in contact with hong kong ahead of time, getting papers ok'd, so in March I brought:
usual diploma/transcripts
and online CRC which had been taken to US Embassy in Seoul and they notararized my affidavit swearing that I was myself and that all things on the CRC were true...I wrote out the affidavit with text suggested by a fellow member here, it worked!
NOTE the embassy does NOT notarize the CRC (despite the Korean Embassy's suggestion to do that), they will only notarize the sworn affidavit and put the ole seal on it.
No health or other tests needed for HK
I don't know about other embassies
good luck! for sure have the company here find out as much as they can and have papers pre-approved, if poss.
