| I got a great job oppertunity and I just got my background check back and a drinking and I have driving charge from 7 years ago (which I did diversion for--so it should be non-existant.) Will this prevent me from teaching in Korea? |

| I don't know if your DUI charge will prevent you from teaching in Korea, but your poor command of the English language certainly will! |

Maybe. Try it to see what happens and let us know the result. Print out your CRC and see what shows up first. |

| I have a dui and a tresspassing on a night club conviction. Thankfully in my country, if you have been out of trouble for 7 years and you were covicted of minor crimes then you get a clean slate. They are still on your record but won't show up unless whoever is requesting the CRC asks for full disclosure. Yay! |

Yeah, no rejects--convictions, but more importantly, someone who is grammar deficient!!!
(just kidding...who knows what immigration has in store for someone in your case). |

go easy, his spelling might suck, but who cares. It will not harm your chances of getting an e2.
Im from the U.K anyway, dont know much about the process for the yanks, canadians etc.
In the U.K DUI is seen as a motoring offence, therefore it will not show up on any crb or subject access form. Unless you killed someone or sole the car or whatever.
If you are a yank or whatever then it might show up, if it does it is not something that immegration are looking for, they are basically after sex offenders and drug addicts |
