gwangmyung city and gwangmyeong city? (job offer says gwangmyung city)
also
daejun city and daejeon city? (job offer says daejun city)
thanks for any help, just trying to work out job location...

Isn't it GwangYang city, more often spelled as Kwangyang? If I'm guessing right then you'd best know that it is divided into two parts, east and west. Entirely remote from one another.
I'd guess the second lot mentioned are the same. |

Gwangmyung /Gwangmyeong are probably the same. On line seven, near the very west end, west of Seoul. Cheolsan, Gwangmyeong-sagori are a few stops in the area. |

I think Daejeon and Daejun are the same too.
I just googled 대전 and it came up with both spellings in the results. |

Ask the person offering the job (recruiter/school) to give you the Korean spelling in Hangul and post it. |

One seems to be the better phonetic spelling while the other is using one of the Korean romanization systems where 어 = eo |
