hiya. porobably been done to death but what are the differences?
i'm just intrested because i'm due to re-sign soon and after reading another post ( about how your contract is with the school in your second year ) i was wondering if it applies to me.
in short, is my contract with those souls at the edu office ( who i don't get on with ) or with my school ( which i like ).
any advice or directions to previous posts will be appreciated.
cheers.

You sign with the school but are under the jurisdiction of the city, provincial and national education offices who set the standards and policy that determine the restrictions and allowances of your contract. Clauses in your contract can be voided where they conflict with the law at any level.

It is a tall pyramid and you are at the bottom of the pile.
