Plenty of voters are not issues voters. Personally, I have trouble understanding why personality should be so proportionally important to people that the actual issue positions candidates hold fall by the wayside. But some people believe this. For those people, Obama may be entirely unacceptable because they may believe he is:
Weak, too foreign, feminine, all-talk but no-substance, preachy, elitist, inexperienced, too soft on foreign policy, just plain unable to handle the job. |
