Is there a co-teacher phrase book out there?

I'm a little busy, but what can I do for you? -->not busy or sleeping
I'm glad to serve you --> giving me a photocopy

Every co-teacher always does this. Any other favorites out there?

"Do you understand....?" That one really gets on my *beep*, and gets the response, "Are you speaking Chinese?"

"Didn't you know?" (accompanied by doe eyed stare) Is usually used about 5 minutes before something, half day off, dinner out, change of class, week off, etc. Of course everyone else knew last week.


"I don't trust you-I don't think you will stay-I think you will run away"

These were used only once each, along with other anti-me sentiments, at the start of contract. Thinks I've forgotten she said a lot of shit, about me and the other half, now we are all false smiles and hi's and bye bye's.

Just waiting for the uberbiyatch to try her latest round of headfuckery, usually comes every two months or so.

My co-teachers are a quirky bunch , but bless them for making my life so much easier. Starting next week we are splitting the classes into two and I'll be teaching 17 students alone. I'm missing them already.

"You don't understand me" gets my dander up. This is the answer when a teacher is asked to explain some stupid action or behaviour. It just means that the person doesn't like to be questioned (non-aggressively), because it harms their fragile kibun.
