They look like fun machines. I seen a few of them during my stay here, but I've seen a few in cities.

Like pocket bikes, are there any street laws against these vehicles?

Anybody have one?

I'd believe the 4 wheel ATVs (Quads) are legal if they have the correct lights and plate on them.
They're legal in the UK with the correct lights.

I don't think the mini-motos are legal, maybe the midi sized ones can be made road legal.

I've seen many wee funny bikes and tiny choppers which don't look legal at all.

It would seem anything with wheels, propelled by any force known, is legal on streets or sidewalks or playgrounds in Korea. I've seen junk men driving little gokarts pulling trailers and these gokarts appear to be steered with their feet.

Regarding those little mini bikes that are no bigger than a small dog and look like the gayest things on the planet bar none, why is it that the trouser diggers who ride those things are the only motorcyclists that actually stay on the road where they're so bloody low to the ground it's a wonder drivers in cars and trucks can even see them?

So one would need the appropriate driver classification if the machines were over 150cc?

I wouldn't think that they are made that powerful.

Because it's more entertaining than a shot to the head!
