Yes Nike sizes in Asia are a full size smaller (in Western thought) than what is on the tag.

Why not confirm by trying something on in a Nike shop?

I got a Diadora brand Italia jersey in Shanghai, and the XXL size is good.

The Nike XXL is closer to other brands in XL.

If you are in Bundang, meeting in Southern Seoul on Wed or Sat could be arranged.
