Just curious, and a bit bored. I've seen a surge in the number of people enjoying fine cigars here in Korea. What's your favorite or favorites?

I'd have to go with:

Monty #2 (kind of standard, I know, but they ARE good)
Partagas Serie D #4 or R.A. Specially Selected for a robusto
Trinidad Reyes or Coloniale for a shorter smoke

Bring on the cigar talk:

What about your humidor?
Where do you buy?
What's your most expensive cigar?
Any great cigars that run cheap to recommend (e.g. Nat Sherman...great light smoke and cost friendly)?
Best cigar experience?

I have a box of Cameroons coming from CAO Cigars...

I'll report more on the thread I linked to above. Strange that the link I posted "appears" as a thread here for the cafe... but really it links to expats korea . com .

How lame is that?

Just smoked a CAO Churchill the other night. Not a bad smoke, and a great draw. I just don't get the depth of flavour out of them, though. For a nice afternooner with some java, no problem, but for a heavier after steak smoke, I'd have to go with a Cuban.

maskas cigars @ the j.w. marriott hotel

http://www.eataone.com/Maska-s-Cigars-45.html

bluebell cigars @ the shilla hotel

pierre ltd. @ the intercontinental hotel

These three places, taken from the other link provided above, have nice humidors, and the cigars are kept in decent shape. Price wise, though, not the place to shop for regular smokers.

Haven't tried a Punch London Club, or seen them, actually! I love the Punch Punch, though. If you see them around, let us know.

The most expensive cigar? It's probably an aged Cuban. I know that some can go for well over 100-150 a stick. I have a few of the Partagas 150, which run around 50-70 a stick, I think (not what I paid for them).

uberscheisse has some serious issues to deal with. Couseling? Might help.

What kind of humidor do you have PRagic?

I saw you joined up on the other site man... post some pics there if you got them.

I just smoked my CAO Cameroon last night... pretty good... but a bit light for my tastes. Ok for a casual smoke at lunch. That being said it was quite enjoyable... great draw... nice flavours... and a well stabalized ash.
