I'm putting this info up as I suspect several people will be looking at doing a similar thing.

I've so far enquired from two agents, both of which offered a return price of roughly 720,000 (taxes etc inc.), one direct and one via Taipei, the dates being July 26 until August 2. Does anyone think there might be better deals out there or does this sound pretty good?

go to www.clubrichtour.co.kr
They have return flights to Thailand starting from 200,000 won but my Korean friend told me that that cheapest ones were for a dodgy airlane but she said some of the ones offering return airfares for 300,000 won were Ok^

i got flights for W600,000 return, with a short stopover somewhere, not sure now. July is the 2nd peak season, so I doubt you'll find much cheaper. I found Jay at Soho Travel to be very helpful, and prompt to reply to my emails.

It will very much depend on the airline. I got a flight for 385,000 one way in that time. Shop around and don't take the first offer.

Please trust me on this.
All Koreans have their holidays at the same time.
Its the same dates that you have.
You will find absolutely nothing cheaper for July 26th and are super lucky to find anything at all. BOOK IT!!!
