I remember reading on these forums a while back about some expat footy teams that play in Gwangju regularly and want to know who to contact so I can play for them as I'm in this neck of the woods now. Cheers muchly. |

dont know how you would go about getting involved, they are always around, though I dont have any interest in joining being a smoker, drinker and all round lazy bastard. your best getting down to the speakeasy during the weekend and asking some of the regulars, the owners could help you out, just let them know your interested in becoming a jock and enjoy getting up early on sundays. http://www.gwangjuinterfc.com just search on google and found this, so i assume you can find contact details on this and drop them an email letting them know the score, think its fairly easy to get involved as they are always looking for new people to join them. |

Google is your friend:
http://www.mdspeakeasy.com/
It's not near the bus terminal, it's downtown. There are directions on the site. Or, if you're somewhat familiar with the area, exit Geumnamro 4-ga or Culture Complex (ha!) Stations, head to the downtown pedestrian area, and use the directions from there. The bar is quite near the Burger King. |
