How long after you turn all the proper paperwork into EPIK do they give you an interview? How long does it take to "screen" the documents? It has been 1 week since I turned the paperwork in at the Korean Consulate. Any information would be helpful.

thanks

I had my interview a few days after turning in the application. No docs were sent in other than that.

Question Your post is confusing. I assume you received your visa issuance number? You can call the Consulate where you sent it, to check on it.

If you mean an interview at the Consulate, again, call them. Could be wrong, but I thought you took the documents with you for that interview.

Best bet is to telephone the people you have the question about! Beginning to confuse myself, so will stop.

Thanks for the speedy replies. I just followed the instructions on the EPIK website. I went to the Korean Consulate and dropped off my application, background check, and copy of my degree. My understanding is they will screen my documents then call me for an interview.

I never had an interview.

At least I don't think I did... I just showed up at the school and they showed my the apartment. I'd already signed a contract.
