Can I check how much money is in my pension fund?

I'm curious if my previous bosses contributed or not.

Yes, You can. You can call in with your pension account number and you can find out your balance.

It will be on the pension certificate NPS sent you. It's fairly big (A4 size?), tri-fold, brownish, and looks quite official. If you don't have one, chances are your pension money is going into the bosses pocket.
If your boss can't produce it on the spot, call 1355 and talk to someone there. You will have to go in and file a complaint in person. (Learned this from a thread I started yesterday.)

I've never seen one of those... crap.

I'll ask my new place if they have one yet, and then check up on my ex-boss.

Thanks Smile
