I have worked at 3 hakwons. I want to get reference letters from all of them. The problem is they want me to write it. I already wrote 1, but need 2 more. I don't want them having the same format and sounding too much the same.

I thought I saw those letters here in the past, but I did a search and could not find them.

Please help me!! Thank you so much!

Here's one that Hwajangsil Ajuma wrote for me. Feel free to borrow and plagiarise:

To whom it may concern,

I hereby supply the following reference for Mr. Bumsuk Yu, whom I have known as an educator for eight (Cool months.

It is my considered opinion that Mr. Yu is a teacher of outstanding capability, in both his intellect and his command of relevant resources. With regard to the latter, he has compiled an extensive repository of excellent materials for the teaching of English to students of all ages, and his presentational abilities are highly commendable.

He would make a first-rate University teacher/lecturer, such is his ability to communicate his breadth of experience of educational facets, and the ease with which he has become accustomed to life during his time in Korea. His experience in higher-level educational facilities has included not only the attainment of his own Bachelor's and Master's degrees, but also work as a Teaching Assistant at a most prestigious university in Canada. His one-on-one teaching skills, allied to his willingness to undertake further work for those students who seek to attain a high standard in their studies, marks him as being especially worthy of a workplace which befits his consummate professionalism.

I therefore concur wholeheartedly with his desire to stay in Korea, at an educational facility capable of reciprocating his accomplished dedication to providing a high-quality education. It would be nothing short of a dishonour for one to fail to place him in an institute in which sincere respect and a professional atmosphere are ubiquitous, universal qualities among both staff and students.

Yours faithfully,

Here's one I just wrote for my hagwon:

This letter is a personal recommendation for ______. I have known _____ for the past ________ that she has been employed at _____In that short amount of time, ______ has proved herself to be a professional and hard-working educator. While working with the school, _____ performed her best and acted in a professional and responsible manner at all times. She has certainly shown to be a peoples person, setting time aside to speak to the parents and getting to know her students on a personal level.
______ is a fast learner. For example, even though she previously worked at a secondary school teaching older students, she adapted surprisingly well to the new age group she was presented with. She developed a great rapport with her students, showing that she truly cares about their education and well being. She was also open to constructive criticism and advice from her supervisors and colleagues.
______ handled classroom management very effectively, developing a well thought-out system that was strict and at the same time rewarding to her students. This is absolutely necessary for an active learning environment, which ______ handled well. She put a lot of energy and enthusiasm into her classes to make it fun and interesting once she gained discipline from her students. ______ was always punctual and never missed a deadline for her lesson plans, progress reports or graded tests.
______s energy, sense of humor and diligence makes me confident that she is a worthy candidate of your institution. I highly recommend her as a welcome addition to your program and wish her the very best in all future endeavors.
