So if you could travel back to good old 2003 and would you tell the younger you based on the knowledge and experience you've gathered since???

In 2003 I was teaching on Geoje Island...

I'd tell myself to pay key money and get my own place there, pocket the extra pay for not taking accommodations with the job, and skip the opportunity to take a job on the mainland in 2006 simply to get Fridays off, negotiating a shorter workweek where I was.

I'd also tell myself to buy that Galloper I often wanted but didn't get because I didn't think I'd be around for five years.

I'd also have told myself not to go cliffdiving while getting my CELTA in New Zealand in early 2005. I still have ankle and knee problems as a result to this day.

I'd say to take more initiative and show more courage in finding the right woman. Going five years without a serious relationship is ridiculous and I won't be thirtysomething forever so the sooner I get serious the sooner I get to be a dad and raise my own kids.
