They have the ability to take credit cards, but they're tax dodging schemies so they try to avoid registered purchases wherever possible. As such, expect to pay a little more than the cash price (maybe 10-15%) if you want to use your credit card.

In the past I've found that if I've bargained with them and got the price lower, THEN asked about paying by card the price pretty much always reverts to the original pre-bargaining price.

So yeah they'll take them, but you'll pay for it.

nother bargaining trick is to place no more money in your wallet than you think is a good price. If they jack the price higher, "check" to see if you have enough money. Odds are they'll make the deal.

Cash almost always guarantees a discount at Technomart and Yongsan. I always ask the price and then the cash price. Usually 5 to 10% difference if you pay cash.
